Deboning Chef Knife - High Carbon StainlessWaterjet Knives
Another knife to add to our array of kitchen knives! This sleek Deboning Knife is a unique utility kitchen knife used to debone various meets. While it can be used for nearly any kitchen related task, it is best designed for thick meats and large cuts.
This design is available in 1/8" AEB-L and 5/32" 80crv2. For kitchen knives we highly recommend using a stainless metal as they will be around water a lot but it is not necessary. Check the Metals page to learn more about AEB-Land 80crv2. This is a knife blank, meaning that its a thick piece of metal cut in the shape of a knife; it isn't sharp and there is no handle. Your job is to turn it into a beautiful knife.
All knife quality steels are annealed to make shaping your knife easier. Steel will need to be heat treated(hardened) in order to keep an edge.
